Hi, I’m Haley—wife, mom of two, and founder of Vaccaro Rolfing & Wellness.
I started my bodywork journey in 2014 and trained at the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado. - After working in a medical spa for years and dealing with my own chronic pain from Scoliosis and Carpal Tunnel, I found real, lasting relief through Rolfing—and knew I had to share it.
Now, I’m proud to offer results-driven bodywork and holistic care right here in my home community.
The goals are often very different. Massage is usually about relaxation; Rolfing is about aligning structure & improving long-term function. Both modalities are valuable & one does not exclude the other. Regular bodywork (massage or Rolfing), at least once a month, is highly recommended after your Rolfing series for keeping the kinks out & maintaining a sense of well being. If you are currently experiencing any discomfort in your body I would recommend starting with a Rolfing Session.
Sessions last anywhere from 50-60 minutes depending on individual's needs.
Massages are customized to meet each individual's needs.
Services only available during second & third trimesters.
Same rates apply.
Services may be done in a side lying position, or using a pregnancy bolster that allows you to lie face down as well.
